Encounter is a brilliant opportunity for anyone age 18+ to spend a year in North London - transforming lives in schools, churches and communities.

 

What can I expect?

  • Placed in a church in North London for the year.

  • Involved in a variety of groups and projects in local churches and the community each week.

  • Receive weekly equipping and training in a variety of different practical & theological subjects.

  • Part of the Engage schools team helping to deliver assemblies, lessons and CUs in local secondary schools.

  • Opportunity to go on an overseas mission trip during your year.

Training Sessions: 

Monday afternoons are set aside for training. We have local and national church and ministry leaders come and deliver the training on a whole range of different theological and practical subjects. These training sessions are open to anyone to attend.
