Who is on the team?
The Pathway team consists of full time leader Darren Chubb, an administrator along with a number of 'associates' who are people with experience in working with children who volunteer their time and expertise to visit the many schools Pathway work in. They also have people on their Ministry Training course who are able to gain practical ministry experience through the work in churches and schools as well as attend a theological training programme.

The Pathway Christian Education Project was formed in the early 1990's with a vision to enable children in North London to hear stories from the Bible and make informed decisions about God, life and faith.
Today Pathway works in 60 schools and with numerous churches across the boroughs of Enfield, Barnet and Haringey. Members of the team go into Primary schools on a daily basis leading assemblies, running lunch time and after school clubs and taking lessons. They also regularly lead family services in many churches across North London. The Pathway team and its trustees are drawn from a wide range of churchmanship reflecting the ecumenical nature of the work.
Such is the reputation of Pathway that the team are often asked to take an assembly when a school is being inspected by OFTSTED. Pathway also runs the Ministry Training Course, which is a year long course designed to help people develop in their faith through a mix of theological training and practical ministry opportunities.
