Children @ Chase

Children’s work is very important at Chase Family Church and we run groups and events aimed at various ages from pre-school right the way through primary school. Springers, our pre-school group takes place on Tuesday mornings at Chase Family Church Centre, and our other groups take place during our Sunday morning service at Enfield Grammar Upper School.

At Chase Family Church we seek to do all we can to help children on their personal spiritual journey as we believe that they are part of today's church and tomorrow's leaders.  We share, pray and have fun but take very seriously the responsibility to nurture the children temporarily in our care.

Peter Tidey oversees the Children’s work at Chase Family Church, and supports the leaders in each of our children’s groups.  He organises training for group leaders and works with the other Elders to help this aspect of church life grow and expand.

If you would like to know more about the groups, please contact the church office.

springersbuttonSpringers is a stay and play group for pre-school age which runs at Chase Family Church Centre on Tuesday mornings during term time at 9.30 – 11.30am. Springers is not only for “mums & tots”, but for dads, grandparents, friends... anyone caring for pre-schoolers. Springers is not just about the children, we are a family of parents/carers who encourage one another and support each other (plus there's always tea and cake!).

We have a good range of toys and activities which are suitable for babies up to 3 year olds. We also do child-friendly craft activities, as well as singing, story time, dressing-up - every week is different! Springers is open to all, and always has a relaxed and fun atmosphere!

If you would like to find out more, please contact Pippa Cant at, we'd love to hear from you!
