House Groups

House Groups currently meet on mid-week evenings in people’s homes and on Wednesday lunchtime at St Paul’s Centre.
They allow people to get to know each other outside the larger setting of a Sunday meeting and provide for further fellowship in praise, worship, prayer and Bible study. They allow people to share what is going on in their lives, giving opportunity to pray and support one another.

House Groups enable people to participate and function in “body ministry” learning to move in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, ensuring that every member grows and develops in their faith and security in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Alternate Wednesday afternoons at 12:30 We meet on alternate Wednesday lunchtimes. We bring our own sandwiches - tea, coffee and (usually) grapes are provided. There is time for Bible study led by various group members, prayer, worship and socialising. People who are less free in the evenings find these sessions more conducive to their lifestyle.

Wednesday evening at 8:00 We meet in Potters Bar on a Wednesday night. A normal evening is some worship followed by studying The Word and prayer. Sometimes we will focus more on prayer, depending on circumstances. Discussions are usually lively and challenging. Our aim in all of this is to be more Christlike and always growing.

Wednesday evening at 8:00 We meet on Wednesday nights at 8pm, in the Winchmore Hill/Grange Park area. A typical evening will include some singing, prayer for one another and outside needs, sharing and Bible study. We value the support we can give to each other and recognise that we each have a role in encouraging one other in our Christian faith.
We share the leading of the Bible studies and so draw on different perspectives each week. We are currently exploring the book of James together. Our aim is fellowship and friendship and by that growth in our Christian lives.

Thursday evening at 8:00 Our group has been reading through the Bible for about four years. The group is lively and we enthusiastically share diverse opinions as we discuss what God is saying to us through His word. Sometimes we can be a bit serious about our study, but more often than not we leave having had a great time, having laughed, read, shared and prayed. We fellowship together each Thursday and continue to love, support and pray for one another through the week. If you’d like to join us, please come.

Based on the Willow Estate, Enfield, this group is aimed at people who cant make it to a group every week but feel they need something to go to. We will try and make it different each week, so if you miss one it doesn't matter. We also have a number of social events. See what we get up to on our group's page.
