Women's Christmas get together.

'On 3rd December, 45 women enjoyed a Christmas get-together at Chase Family Church Centre, Shirley Road.  Along with delicious traditional mulled wine, mince pies and stollen, we were treated to some lovely Christmas songs by Anna Tidey and Lisa Harries, accompanied by Ben Farrant. 

Both the small and large halls were beautifully decorated to match the Christmassy atmosphere created by the carols that were sung.  An amusing poem loosely based on 'Twas the Night Before Christmas' added to the fun and we ended the evening with a thought-provoking message on the meaning of Christmas from Jenny Tidey.
