Children's Camp

'I'm so tired I can't think anymore' said Mick after the 22nd annual Chase Family Church Children's Camp.  It was Mick and Mary's 21st camp.

Sixteen children, one junior leader, a great team, fantastic weather and the love of God made it a wonderful camp, peaceful except when the boys were up at 5am Saturday!

We learnt about some miracles and some parables and threw water bombs and washed away a foolish mans house and other activites too numerous to mention. Debbie tucked all the children up at night, Gordon looked after the fire and Sarah kept an eye on Gordon (tough task Sarah!).  Laura teamed up with Jamie when he was not up a tree.  Mary did all the admin and practical stuff and Mick wandered around in a grubby vest being in charge.

All the children were eventually returned in one piece and to the corect homes.
